Duall Master
Emergency response & lockdown use-case background

Use case

When seconds matter, lock down and account for everyone from one screen

Trigger a lockdown across every door and zone in one tap, see who is still inside with a live muster, and hand responders one timeline of access, video, and intercom — all from a single screen.

Emergency response — real screens

Prepared before, synchronized during, accountable after

In a real emergency, fragmented systems cost the seconds that matter — operators run door to door, no one has a reliable count of who is inside, and the after-action review is stitched together from disconnected logs. Duall Master collapses all of that into one prepared, one-tap response.

The screens below are real — captured by running the full scenario on a live Duall Master system.

01 · Prepare

The plan is ready before anything happens

You pre-wire each response once — fire, lockdown, evacuation. A plan names the action (lock, unlock, hold open, siren), the doors and zones it hits, a visible countdown, and whether it opens a roll-call muster. When the moment comes, no one is configuring anything. And because every plan is pre-wired, you can rehearse it with drills and review each run — so the real thing is never the first time.

02 · Respond

One tap locks down, notifies, and accounts for everyone

One tap fires the plan: every targeted door locks at once, the right people are notified, and a live muster snapshots who is inside — split by danger zone and assembly point — updating as people are marked safe. A wall board gives responders the whole picture at a glance.

The whole picture, on the big screen

A wall board gives responders the situational picture at a glance — who is still inside, split by danger zone, counting down as each person checks in safe. No huddling around a single laptop while the clock runs.

Operators run the muster from the console

At the desk, the operator works the live roster — inside versus safe, grouped by zone — marking people accounted-for and escalating anyone who needs help, all from one screen and one source of truth.

The same response, in everyone’s pocket

Operators don’t need to be at a desk. From the mobile app a manager locks down a zone, runs the muster, and broadcasts updates on the move — while staff mark themselves and their household safe with one tap.

Lock down a zone from the phone — released only by an authorized manager.

03 · Review

Every activation becomes a report and an audit record

The moment you call all-clear, the incident closes into the record — who triggered it, which doors, the action taken, how long it ran — exportable to CSV or Excel and preserved on the audit timeline for the after-action review.

Ministry of National Defense

When one of Vietnam’s most security-critical institutions needed access control at national scale, it chose Duall Master — deployed across 15 military service branches under Project 06 (Đề án 06), unifying people, vehicles, and visitors on a single platform. Personnel are recognized by face, fingerprint, or card; vehicles by licence plate; visitors by chip-embedded citizen ID — every entry tied to a verified identity.
