Vietnam Military Medical University runs access, visitors, and attendance on one platform
Nearly 8,000 staff, 24 access terminals, and citizen-ID visitor reception — unified and integrated with the unit's existing systems.
Vietnam Military Medical University now runs access control, visitor reception, and attendance for nearly 8,000 staff from a single platform — across a campus that mixes clinical, teaching, and administrative spaces.
What was deployed
- 24 access-control terminals with card and face recognition for movement across the unit
- 5 dual-screen biometric stations for visitor registration by chip-based citizen ID
- 34 dedicated citizen-ID readers at patient-reception counters
Integrated, not isolated
A key strength is that the system connects to the unit's other systems — video management, exam management, and meeting- and exam-room attendance — so the whole IT estate works together rather than as separate islands.
The result is tighter day-to-day control, smoother visitor reception, and a measurable step in the unit's digital transformation.
